从线性非平衡态热力学的原理出发,应用Jander模型的假设条件,推导了如下模型来描述固相反应过程:k_1[1-(1-α)~(1/3)]+k_2[1-(1-α)~(1/3)]~3=t.用该模型描述了La_2O_3和Co_3O_4粉末压片样品等温煅烧合成LaCoO_(3-δ)的过程,模型可以很好地描述合成过程.在高温时,本模型比Jander模型对合成过程的描述更合适.
Using the same assumptions as Jander model,a model based on the principles of irreversible thermodynamics was developed to describe the kinetics of solid state reaction,k_1[1-(1-α)~(1/3)]+k_2[1-(1-α)~(1/3)]~3=t.Then,this model was used to describe the isothermal solid state synthesis process of LaCoO_(3-δ)from La_2O_3 and Co_3O_4 powder mixture.At high temperatures,the present model describes the synthesis of LaCoO_(3-δ)better than Jander model.
