立足我国公路、铁路及城市轨道交通工程隧道设计现状,以信息化集成系统为平台,结合隧道工程类比设计数据库和有限差分数值仿真技术,完成了隧道信息化集成设计系统.该系统通过将工程类比设计参数数据化形成设计数据库,根据隧道地质勘察提供的地形、地质参数输出初步设计方案,然后经过计算机有限差分数值仿真技术的计算验证和比选,最后自动输出隧道结构的内力结果和围岩应力及位移云图,并且自动绘制隧道设计CAD图纸.隧道信息化集成设计系统提高了工程设计质量和设计效率,使其标准化、规范化,将给设计企业带来更大的便利和经济效益.
Based on the status quo of tunnel design for highway, railway and urban mass transit, an in- tegrated information design system of tunnel is proposed by using both engineering analogy design database and finite difference method (FDM) simulation technology. According to the engineering analogy design database and geological survey parameters of tunnel, a preliminary design plan is gener- ated and verified by using FDM simulation technology. Then, the results of the stress and displace- ment distribution of both tunnel structure and surrounding geomaterials could be automatically output with the presented system as well as the related tunnel design CAD drawings. The integrated informa- tion design system of tunnel could improve engineering design quality without loss of efficiency, and help to standardize the engineering design procedures, which are expected to make greater convenience and economic benefits for engineering practice.
