为了研究中心装药爆炸后爆炸冲击波的产生、传播和壳体的动力响应的全过程,针对内爆炸载荷的特点,运用三维有限元编码与现场实测的方法对爆室内冲击波流场的演化及壳体动力响应规律进行了研究。结果表明:内爆炸加载容器的动力响应主要取决于首次压力脉冲;壳体的最大应变由近爆点向远爆点方向逐渐降低。研究结果为同类型爆室的工程设计提供了参考。
In order to study dynamic response, blast wave generation and propagation within an explosion vessel, according to the characteristics of the internal explosion load, the laws of shock wave propagation in blast chamber were investigated by using threedimensional finite element codes and experiment methods. The results show that: The dynamic response of shell is determined by the first pressure impulse. The maximum strains of the shell decrease away from the explosion center. The analyses provide references for similar engineering designs.
