采用溶胶-凝胶法结合气氛控制的技术制备了AgInS2合金量子点玻璃。利用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)揭示了AgInS2纳米晶的物相在玻璃中形成。透射电子显微镜(TEM)表明,在钠硼硅玻璃中形成了尺寸分布均一、呈现球状的AgInS2纳米晶,而且分布在玻璃中的AgInS2纳米晶在1.83eV、2.02eV和2.21eV位置出现3个荧光峰。
A synthetic process was demonstrated on the glass doped with AglnS2 nanocrystals through sol-gel method plus a controlled atmosphere. X-ray powder diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectra revealed that AgInS2 crystalline phase had formed in the glass matrix. Transmittance electron microscopy showed that these AgInS2 crystals had spherical shape and good dispersed form in the glass matrix, and their diameter distribution mainly focused on three size regions. Furthermore, the glass doped with AgInS2 nanocrystals exhibited three photoluminescence peaks located at 1.83 eV, 2.02 eV, and 2. 21 eV, which were ascribed to the introduction of AgInS2 nanocrystals in the glass.
