采用正六边形网格划分法、最近邻邻居关系及概率性转换规则的二维元胞自动机法,对再结晶完成后的晶粒长大行为进行模拟,并利用正方形区域内圆形晶粒的收缩过程验证了模型的正确性。在此基础上,分析了微观结构的演化过程,给出了晶粒长大的动力学和界面能变化,同时讨论了晶粒尺寸和晶粒边数的分布特点。结果表明:晶粒形态演化过程遵循晶粒正常长大理论;相对晶粒直径和边数分布具有时间不变性的特点;晶粒界面能变化遵循能量降低原则。这证明本模型能较好地模拟晶粒的正常长大过程。
Based on the cellular automaton(CA) made up of regular hexagon cells,the nearest neighbor type and the probabilistic translation rules,the grain growth process after recrystallization has been simulated.The validity of the model was verified by the shrinking of the circular grain embedded in a square region.The microstructure evolution was analyzed,the kinetics of grain growth and the variation of interfacial energy were given,and the distributions of grain size and grain boundary were discussed on that basis. It turned out that the microstructure evolution was in accordance with the normal grain growth theory, and the time invariant nature of the distributions of the grain size and the number of grain sizes were extensively validated, and the variation of interracial energy followed the energy degradation principle. The analysis indicates that normal grain growth can be simulated fairly well by the present CA model.
