为了研究钢纤维对混凝土抗压徐变性能的影响,在(20±2)℃,相对湿度为(60±5)%的环境中测试了基准混凝土和体积掺量为1%、2%和3%钢纤维混凝土的徐变性能。结果表明:钢纤维可以有效地提高混凝土抵抗徐变的能力,钢纤维掺量为2%时,相对于基准组混凝土其1a徐变度降低了25.1%;钢纤维与混凝土基体的界面层会增大混凝土的徐变,过高的钢纤维掺量使得混凝土内界面层增多,不利于发挥钢纤维对徐变的抑制作用,钢纤维掺量为3%时,相对于基准组混凝土其1a徐变度仅降低了15.5%。
The specific creep of contrast concrete and steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) with different steel fiber volume frac-tions (i.e., 1%, 2%, and 3%) were examined in order to clarify the effect of steel fiber on the creep behavior of concrete under com-pression. The test was carried out at controlled temperature (20±2)℃ and humidity (60±5)%. The results show that the addition of steel fiber can decrease the creep of concrete effectively. Compared to the contrast concrete, the specific creep of SFRC with a fiber volume fraction of 2% is decreased by 25.1% after 1 a. The interface layer between fiber and concrete matrix can increase the creep of concrete. The effect of interface layer on the creep increases at an excessive dosage of steel fiber. Therefore, compared to the contrast concrete, the specific creep of SFRC with a fiber volume fraction of 3% merely is decreased by 15.5% after 1 a.
