采用原位水热合成法合成了La1-xCexCoO3/SBA-15(x=0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.25,摩尔分数,下同)催化剂,并采用x射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、N2物理吸附-脱附表征仪(BET)和程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等表征手段对催化剂的结构进行了研究.结果表明:Ce掺杂对催化剂的结构和CO催化氧化性能有较大的影响.在Ce掺杂部分取代La之后,催化剂形成了La1-xCexCoO3钙钛矿相,CeO2和Co3O4物相;当Ce的掺杂量为x=0.2时,催化剂的CO催化氧化活性最高.
The mesoporous perovskite catalysts La1-xCexCoO3/SBA-15 (x =0.05,0. 1,0. 15,0.2,0.25, molar fraction) were synthesized by in-situ hydeothermal method. The X-ray diffraction, TEM, N2 physisorption and H2-TPR were used to investigate the catalyst structure. The results showed that Ce doping had great influence on the structure of catalyst and CO catalytic oxidation. When La was substituted by Ce in the calatyst the La1-xCex CoO3 , CeO2 and Co3O4 phases were formed. The catalyst with doping molar fraction x = 0.2 showed the highest CO activity of catalysis and oxidation.
