针对目前国内外还没有对高压并联电抗器开展绕组故障带电检测或在线监测的现状,提出了基于脉冲耦合注入的绕组故障带电检测方法,并研制了相应的绕组故障带电检测系统。对该检测系统进行了验证,并在某750k V变电站内的电抗器上安装运行。获取了三相高压并联电抗器绕组的在线频率响应特性,可以得出:在激励脉冲电压幅值500 V的作用下,相应响应信号的幅值可达到300 m V;同时获取了三相高压并联电抗器绕组的指纹数据,为绕组状态的后续评估及预警奠定了坚实的工作基础。该方法实现了高压并联电抗器绕组故障带电检测并及时预警,对于保证电力系统可靠运行具有重要意义。
The online detection of winding deformations is seldomly investigated so far. Therefore, we proposed a detection method system of the high voltage shunt reactor winding deformation based on the impulse coupling injecting analysis, and the corresponding system is developed. Then, the detection system is verified and installed in 750 kV high voltage shunt reactor of a certain substation. It is concluded from the obtained frequency response characteristics of three- phase high-voltage shunt reactors that the response voltage of 300 mV can be obtain under the excitation pulse voltage of 500 V; and the fingerprint data are obtained to provide the basis of the condition monitoring and warning of the windings. The reliable operation of power grid will be promoted if the proposed method is applied widely.
