英文摘要：

To improve waters safety education of pupils, and prevent drowning accidents, a questionnaire about pupil waters safety education impact factors was prepared. A questionnaire survey of 350 primary school teachers was carried out. Factors influencing the education were analyzed using methods such as exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that major factors influencing the education are the administration, courses, teachers, pupils, parents, and hardware, and that improving the education leadership attaches great importance to the education, water safety education should be brought into the teaching outline, the course value should be emphasized, risks in the course should be minimized fear of water should be overcome, and the teachers should be trained.
