将聚丙烯(PP)、增强剂、增韧剂和接枝PP共混制备改性PP,测试了改性PP的拉伸强度和简支梁缺口冲击强度,运用一种自行提出的方法——可视化分析法对改性PP的拉伸强度进行了研究。拉伸强度大于80.0MPa时,PP、增强剂、增韧剂和接枝PP共混的最优配方为:w(PP)N62%~63%,增强剂质量分数为23.0%~30.0%.增韧剂质量分数为5.0%~7.0%,接枝PP质量分数为7.3%~8.0%。
The authors prepared modified polypropylene (pp) by blending pure PP with reinforcing agent, toughener and grafted Pp, and tested tensile strength and notched Charpy impact strength of the modified pp. A method specially devised by the authors-visual analysis-was applied to study the tensile strength. The optimal formula for producing the blend with the tensile strength over 80.0 MPa was determined, in which the mass fraction of the pure PP, reinforcing agent, toughener and grafted Pp was set in the range of 62%-63%, 23.0%-30.0%, 5.0%-7.0% and 7.3%-8.0%, respectively.
