本文建立了梯级水电站中长期电能优化配置模型,并运用改进的逐步优化算法(POA)和最大元素法相结合的嵌套优化技术对其进行了求解,该方法是在POA进行到两阶段寻优时分配电量,避免了计算结果陷入局部最优,最后对计算结果进行了最优性检验,确保结果是最优解。仿真实例表明,该方法编程容易,计算速度较快且结果合理。
This paper develops a mid-and-long-term energy optimized distribution model of cascade hydropower stations and implements this model with a nesting optimization technique that combines the improved progressive optimization algorithm with the maximal element method.This method assigns the electric powers when POA is optimizing at the two stages,and it can avoid falling into a local optimum.In the final step,the solution is tested to ensure it a true optimization.A simulation example indicates that this method is easy to code and of low computational cost and that its result is reasonable.
