连接上下游企业的供应链链路在物流配送中发挥着重要作用,链路是由包括运输车辆、仓库在内的支撑资源构成的,供应链的链路问题涉及到其支撑资源的组织调度问题。在供应链链路的组织过程中,要求合理有效的利用支撑资源。构建了基于着色Petri网的供应链分析模型,在引入使能约束条件基础上研究供应链系统中链路支撑资源及其相互关系;通过构建基于CPN Tools软件的供应链模型,对特定需求条件下的供应链系统中由于链路支撑资源死锁而引起的链路中断问题进行分析,针对具体情境提出了避免策略;指出了供应链链路死锁问题存在的条件及其对相关指标的影响,为进一步研究供应链链路问题提供了思路。
The linkages connecting upstream and downstream enterprises play important roles in distribution. In practice, linkages are composed of vehicles and warehouses, so organization of resources must be involved in the problems of linkages. And effective utilization of resources is required. According to the problem of linkages, a model on supply chain based on colored Petri net is developed in this paper, and the linkage supporting resources and the relationships among them are analyzed with the model employed and enable constraints introduced. The problem of stoppage of linkages caused by deadlock of resources under certain demand conditions is analyzed through establishing the model of supply chain based on software of CPN Tools, and the policies of deadlock avoidance are put forward in terms of concrete scenarios. Deadlock of linkages and its effects to related indexes of supply chain are also discussed with some thoughts putting forward in the end of the paper.
