本文以研究配合煤的性质与焦炭机械强度(M25,M10)、焦炭反应性(CRI)和反应后强度(CSR)之间的数学关系为目的,依据37组小焦炉炼焦实验,选取配合煤的主要煤质参数:挥发分Vdaf、粘结指数G、镜质组最大反射率Rmax、惰性组分含量I等因素为自变量,应用SPSS软件的多元线性逐步回归方法建立了焦炭的强度预测模型。该方法预测和控制焦炭质量快速准确且简单易行。
The objective of this work is to investigate the mathematical relationships between the properties of coal blend and coke mechanical strength(M25,M10),coke reactivity index(CRI) and coke strength after reaction(CSR).Taking volatile matter(Vdaf),caking property index(G),maximum vitrinite reflectance(Rmax) and inertinite component(I) as independent variables,the coke strength prediction models were established via multiple linear stepwise regression analysis of SPSS according to 37 coking experiments in small coke oven.These models display significant relationships between predicted values and those obtained experimentally.It is an easy and practicable method to predict and control the coke strength.
