OFDM技术最主要的缺陷是峰均功率比过高。峰均比过高将会造成功率放大器工作效率降低,使系统传输性能下降等问题。针对这一问题开展相关研究,提出了DCT-SLM联合算法来有效的降低PAPR。算法的主要思想是:先对OFDM信号进行DCT变换降低系统的峰均比,再利用GCD矩阵作为SLM算法的相位序列降低系统的峰均比和降低计算复杂度,利用GCD矩阵获得SLM算法的相位序列,可以更好的降低系统的PAPR,避免了随机性相位序列的选择。实验结果表明,DCT变换SLM算法的联合算法能有效地降低系统的峰均比,同时也降低了计算的复杂度。
The main defect of OFDM technology is the high peak to Average Power Ratio( PAPR). High PAPR causes inefficient use of the High Power Amplifier and could limit transmission efficiency. So some research was done on this problem,and DCT-SLM algorithm is proposed to reduce PAPR. The main idea of the algorithm is to use DCT transform to reduce PAPR firstly,then the GCD matrix is used as the phase sequence of the SLM algorithm to decrease PAPR and the computational complexity is reduced. The GCD matrix is used to obtain the phase sequence of SLM algorithm,thus better reducing the system PAPR,avoiding the random phase sequence selection. At the same time,the side band information is unnecessary to be sent. The experimental results show that the combined algorithm of SLM transform DCT algorithm can effectively reduce the PAPR of the system,and also reduce the complexity of the computation.
