采用双面剪切的试验方式研究不同界面形式对纤维编织网增强混凝土(TRC)与既有混凝土界面性能的影响。试验结果表明:对于单层纤维编织网、预制形式的TRC加固层,随着TRC加固层与既有混凝土黏结长度的增加,界面的最大剪切荷载有所提高,但是极限抗剪强度有下降的趋势,且其有效加固长度应在200~300 mm;当既有混凝土强度处于C20~C40时,既有混凝土的强度等级对TRC与既有混凝土界面性能的影响不大;与预制加固形式相比,现浇TRC加固形式对TRC与既有混凝土界面性能有很大改善。
Based on double shear test, interfacial properties between Textile Reinforced Concrete (TRC) and existing concrete were studied under the effect of different reinforcement forms. Conclusions were drawn that for the prefabricated TRC sheet with single layer textile, the interface ultimate shear load was increased with the increase of bonding length, while the ultimate shear strength showed the opposite tendency; the effective bonding length was between 200 mm and 300 ram; existing concrete strength had little influence on the interfacial properties when the existing concrete strength was between C20 and C40. As comparing to prefabricated reinforcement form, cast-in-place reinforcement form could significantly improve the interfacial properties between TRC and existing concrete.
