为了解沸石温拌沥青混合料的温拌机理,针对沸石-沥青的细观尺度结构体系开展研究。采用动态纳米粒度分析仪、扫描电镜和压汞法分析了3种沸石材料细度、细观形貌及孔道特征。采用体视显微镜和工业X-ray CT技术对3种沸石温拌沥青结构中气泡的二维及三维分布进行了定量分析,提出沸石沥青中气泡分布的特征参数,进而建立了沸石性质与气泡分布特性参数的关系。研究结果表明:合成沸石较天然沸石具有大孔隙数量多、孔容大和内比表面积小的特点;沸石水在沥青中产生的气泡呈现出"上多下少、上大下小"的分布特点;沥青温度升高,气泡数量减少,但体积百分率增加;中位孔径小、中孔和大孔多的沸石有利于温拌过程中气泡的形成,可提高温拌效果,而沸石中超大孔比例多则不利于气泡的形成,对温拌效果贡献较小。
In order to find out the warm mix mechanism of zeolite warm mix asphalt, the meso- structure of zeolite asphalt was studied. Dynamic nano particle analyzer, scanning electron microscopy and mercury porosimetry were used to analyze the granularity, mesoscopic features and pore characteristics of three kinds of zeolites~ stereo microscope and X-ray CT technology were used to quantitatively analyze the two-dimensional and three-dimensional distribution of bubbles in three kinds o~ zeolite warm mix asphalts, and characteristic parameters of bubbles' distribution in zeolite-asphalt were thus determined, then the relationship between bubbles' distribution characteristic parameters and zeolite properties was established. The results show that synthetic zeolites have higher content of macropores, as well as bigger pore volume and smaller specific surface area than the natural ones. The bubbles produced by zeolite water have the distribution characteristics of "the upper the more and bigger, the lower the less and smaller'P; the quantity of bubbles will decrease with the increase of temperature, yet the volume percentage will increase; zeolites with median pore that have small diameter and more mesoporeand macropore are beneficial to the formation warm mix, yet the large pore is not beneficial effect of warm mix. of the bubbles, which will to forming bubbles, which promote the effect of contributes less to the
