应用扫描电镜技术(SEM)技术对网翅蝗科牧草蝗属2种蝗虫触角感受器类型、数量及分布进行研究。研究结果显示,牧草蝗属蝗虫有10种类型感受器,毛形感受器集中分布于触角的近基部;刺形感受器在触角各节均有分布;锥形感受器、腔锥形感受器、腔形感受器集中分布于触角中部至鞭节末端;Bohm氏鬃毛集中分布于梗节;芽孢形感受器集中分布于柄节。
Abstract: By using scanning electron microscopy, this paper studied the differences of antennal sensilla types, numbers and distribution in two species of O. viridulus(L) and O. haemorrheidalis(Charp.) in Acrididae. The results showed that the two species of O. viridulus(L) and O. haemorrheidalis(Charp.) had ten antennal sensilla types. Ten types of antennal sensilla were find including trichoid sensilla(I ,Ⅱ), chaetic sensilla(I ,Ⅱ), basiconic sensilla(I , Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ), coeloconic sensilla, cavity sensilla, Bohm bristles, sporangium sensilla. There were remarkable differences among different genera of same family, as well as to different species of same genus. It was concluded that the types, numbers and distribution of antennal sensilla were important characteristics in classification and identification for different genera and sibling species in Arcypteridae.
