为了对量热式生物传感器内部结构进行简化,本文从热物理的角度,采用数值分析的方法对其内部酶促反应伴随的传热、传质现象进行研究,通过建立相应的数学物理模型,分析和求解传感器内部速度、温度、反应物生成物的浓度,得出量热式生物传感器的测温装置应安装在人口4mm以后,酶反应器的长度为10mm,通过这些规律得到量热式酶生物传感器中复杂热信号,并运用热信号变化规律和数学描述来指导完善生物传感器的测量过程,对量热式生物传感器的实验研究提供参考。
In order to simplify the inside structure of the heat quantity biosensor,this paper establishes the mathematical model by using numerical calculation method to obtain the speed, the temperature and the changes of concentration of reactants inside the sensor. The temperature measurement device of heat quan- tity biosensor should be installed at the entrance of the reactor after 4ram, the length of the reactor can be 10ram. Then the complex heat signal can be obtained by these rules, using these signal and the mathemati- cal description to guide and perfect the measurement process, and then provide the reference to the heat biosensor experiment research.
