选择并针对柱面气膜密封中六种典型的螺旋槽派生界面结构,基于有限元数值分析方法进行了气膜力学特性及密封特性的定量计算和分析比较;建立了不同界面型式的密封特性与可压缩数、膜厚的关系曲线;研究分析了不同界面结构密封特性变化特点和应用中的优劣势,为密封系统研究和设计选型提供了理论基础及指导.分析中的每种密封界面结构参数均为依据有关文献选取的优化或近似优化数据,采用的计算分析方法可拓展应用到其他结构中.
The type of interface structure obviously influences the performance and design of cylinder gas seal.The paper selected six typical interface structures derived from spiral groove,and performed quantitative analysis of mechanical properties and sealing performance of the gas-film based on finite element numerical analysis method;the relationship between sealing performance of different interfaces and compressibility number(and film thickness) was established;the sealing properties of different interface types and possible advantages and disadvantages of their application were analyzed,providing a basis for selection and design guidance of cylinder gas seal.The structural parameters of these interfaces are selected based on optimal or approximately optimal data of related literature.
