通过盆栽试验,研究含四环素的有机肥对土壤酶活性(蔗糖酶、尿酶、碱性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶)及小白菜生长的影响。结果表明,含85mg/kg四环素的有机肥对土壤蔗糖酶活性有显著抑制作用(P〈0.05)。在发芽期,含四环素的有机肥能提高土壤碱性磷酸酶活性,随着施肥时间的延长,四环素的促进作用不明显。含0~85mg/kg四环素的有机肥提高土壤脲酶活性,抑制过氧化氢酶活性,而其中所含四环素的效应不明显。含四环素的有机肥对小白菜生长的影响与肥料中的四环素含量有关。四环素含量≤45mg/kg的有机肥能促进小白菜的生长(提高株高、根鲜质量和地上部分鲜质量等),可用于小白菜的种植;但是与不含四环素的有机肥相比,四环素含量较高(85mg/kg)的有机肥显著抑制小白菜的生长而不适合于小白菜的种植。
Tetracycline is a kind of veterinary antibiotics that is frequently detected as pollutant in the environment.The main objective of the study was to provide some information for proper usage of the organic fertilizer containing tetracycline in agriculture.This paper investigated the effects of organic fertilizer containing tetracycline on the pakchoi growth and soil enzyme activities by pot culture experiment.The results showed that the organic fertilizer containing 85 mg/kg tetracycline inhibited the soil invertase activity significantly(P0.05).In the germination stage,the organic fertilizer containing tetracycline could improve the soil alkaline phosphatase activity.Along with the extension of time,the promotion of tetracycline was not significant.The organic fertilizer containing 0-85 mg/kg tetracycline could improve the urease activity,restrain the hydrogen peroxide enzyme activity,but the effect of tetracycline in it was not obvious.The effects of the organic fertilizer containing tetracycline on the pakchoi growth relied on the content of the tetracycline in it.If the content of the tetracycline was below 45 mg/kg,the fertilizer could promote the pakchoi growth and was suitable for the planting of pakchoi.When the content of the tetracycline was as high as 85 mg/kg,it could restrain the root growth of the pakchoi,reduce the plant height and ground fresh mass.Thus,the organic fertilizer containing 85 mg/kg tetracycline was not suitable for the planting of pakchoi.
