Along with the continuous deepening of reform and opening-up and the rapid development of the national economy, the income gap between different industries shows the trend of expansion. Gradually widening income gap between the industries leads to the phenomenon that high-income industries have more and more people, which eventually leads to distorted industry distribution, af- fects the balanced development of the industry, causes huge negative impact on social stability, harmony and other aspects. Based on this background, with the industry income data of Beijing between 1983 to 2013, the Interpretative Structural Model is used to carry on the empirical analysis; combining with the policy, the proposals on reducing industry income gap are proposed.
