以一套小麦重组自交系群体为研究材料,在2011年和2012年连续2年大田条件下调查了亲本及其142个株系的株高性状.利用QTL作图软件WinQTLCart 2.5,采用复合区间作图法,对调控小麦株高性状的QTL进行了定位.2年共检测到8个调控小麦株高的QTL位点,分别位于2B、2D、3A、3D、4B染色体上,不同QTL位点在不同年份可以解释表型变异的范围是4.6%~35.9%.其中位于4B染色体上的QTL贡献率最大,连续两年分别解释株高表型变异的25.8%和35.9%.上述QTL位点的发掘有助于分子标记辅助选择小麦株高性状.
Abstract:A wheat recombinant inbred line (RIL) population was used in this research to map QTLs for plant height under normal condition in Shangqiu Henan.The plant height of each line and their parents were evaluated in 2011 and 2012.Totally,8 QTLs for plant height were detected which located on chromosomes 2 B,2 D,3 A,3 D and 4 B,explained phenotypic variations varying from 4.6% to 35.9%.The major locus on chromosome 4 B,explained 25.8% and 35.9% plant height phenotypic variations in 2011 and 2012,respectively.These results provided valuable information for marker assisted selection of plant height in wheat breeding program.
