为设计一可以在跷跷板上自动找到平衡的电动小车,采用凌阳SPCE061A作为电动车的控制核心,直流电机驱动,将无触点磁敏电位器加重锤改造后自制成角度传感器检测平衡点,黑线作为方向引导,车载LCD为状态显示界面,并由相应的语音播报进行平衡提示,实现了电动车自动寻找跷跷板和板上平衡点的自动寻找等功能。经过多次测试验证,电动车均能很好地找到跷跷板上的平衡点,证明该设计方案可行。该设计新思想具有简单、方便、实用的特点。
To design an electric vehicle which could search balance on seesaw, Sunplus SPCE061 A as the control core of the electric vehicle in the design,driven by DC motor, and the non- contact magnetic potentiometer modified with small hammer is made into the angle sensor to detect equilibrium point. Black line guiding scheme is used to make electric vehicle automatically find seesaw and balance board. Vehicle - load LCD board is adopted as status display screen in the system. The corresponding voice broadcast balance is indicated. The design function is implemented and tested repeatedly, results are good. The new design idea of the electric vehicle on seesaw is brought forward,it has the characteristics of briefness,convenience and practicality.
