为解决组织力量的全局优化配置问题,建立基于灰色关联聚类的宏观人力资源优化模型.首先,根据组织的目标建立人力资源测评体系,引入灰色关联聚类方法,将组织成员按照组织目标聚类形成为不同的力量类型,从宏观角度分析企业人力资源的结构特征;然后,根据组织成本目标、产出目标、社会影响等目标建立组织力量配置的多目标优化模型,引入多目标粒子群优化算法探讨模型求解方法和人力资源配置步骤;最后通过案例验证方法的有效性,从而为组织组织力量的宏观配置和结构优化提供了一种新的研究思路.
A macro-level human resource optimization model was established based on grey clustering, in order to solve the global optimization problems of organization power. Firstly, a human resources evaluation system was established according to organization goals. And then grey relational clustering method was employed to divide organization human resources into different types according to goal, and analyze the number and structure features of en- terprise human resources on a macro level. Secondly, a multi-objective optimization model was established according to organization goal in cost, output, and social effect etc., using multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm to find a solution of the model and the steps of human resources configuration. At last, a new way was constructed to configure organization power on macro level, and effectiveness of this method was verified.
