为更全面地分析E-MRO模式中各成员的随机行为及影响其行为的模糊因素,进而促成长期共赢的局面,提出一种基于模糊随机规划的共赢服务策略。在构建E-MRO服务链框架的基础上,将随机规划与模糊规划相结合,引入多元模糊随机变量及多选择参数变量,以量化E-MRO模式中相关因素的随机性及模糊性;同时引入利润共享模式,以平衡双方的风险及利润;利用Lagrange插值多项式和全局准则法求解包含多选择参数的多目标模糊随机规划模型,得到E-MRO服务链中成员达成长期共赢的MRO服务价格及相应的资源匹配量。通过实验和案例分析验证了模型的有效性,表明稳定的资源配置成本、较小的服务价格波动及协同电子商务平台较保守的风险喜好均有利于双方达成长期共赢。
To more comprehensively analyze members'random behavior and fuzzy factors that influence the behavior in E-business based Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul(E-MRO)and to promote the achievement of a long-term win-win situation,a fuzzy-stochastic programming based win-win service policy was proposed.An E-MRO service chain framework was constructed,and the stochastic programming was combined with fuzzy programming in the proposed model.Fuzzy multi-variate random variables and multi-choice parameters variables were introduced to quantify relevant factors'randomness and fuzziness in E-MRO,and the profit sharing was introduced to balance risk and profit of the two parties.By using Lagrange interpolating polynomial and global criteria,the multi-objective fuzzy-stochastic programming model included multi-choice parameters was solved,and the price of MRO and quantity of corresponding resource allocation for long-term win-win situation were obtained.The results of experiment and application case analysis validated the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed model.The results also showed that stable cost of resource allocation,small fluctuations of MRO price and conservative risk appetite of Collaborative Ebusiness Platform(CEP)could promote the achievement of win-win situation.
