随着旅游业的发展壮大,其对旅游地社会、经济、环境的影响日益突出。旅游者采取环境责任行为与否直接关系到旅游地可持续发展,因而旅游者环境责任行为成为当前旅游学界研究热点和前沿。文章对境外有关旅游者环境责任行为的相关文献进行了系统梳理,发现现有相关研究主要探讨了旅游者环境责任行为的概念、维度结构、影响因素及形成机理等。在此基础上,文章对境外该领域的研究进行了相应评析,并展望未来可能的研究方向。特别是基于中国传统文化和哲学思想,引入具有典型中国文化元素的变量到旅游者环境行为研究中,以形成具有中国文化特色的旅游者环境责任行为理论体系,指导我国旅游业发展实践。

英文摘要：

With the steady and fast development of tourism industry in the world,tourism activities have a direct impact on the social,economic,and environmental aspects of a destination,including positive and negative impacts.Negative impact examples include increased greenhouse gas emissions associating with traveling,waste generation,destruction of natural resources,degrading of vegetation,and depleting wildlife habitat.Whether a tourist engages in environmentally responsible behavior（ERB）,or not,directly affects the sustainability of a destination.ERB is defined in the environmental psychology literature as when a person tries their best to conserve personal environments and solve environmental problems.Environmentally responsible actions contribute to resource conservation and protection of the environment and/or promoting the sustainable development of the natural environmental.ERB can be expressed through environmental activism,non-activist behaviors in the public sphere,and private sphere environmentalism,reflected in a variety of behaviors.Relatedly,the study of tourist environmentally responsible behavior（TERB） has become an important and relevant area of research.Utilizing outbound research focused on TERB,this paper includes a detailed systematic analysis of the literature.The findings suggest that researchers have tended to focus on the antecedents of TERB,such as beliefs（behavioral,normative,control）,subjective norms,environmental knowledge,environmental sensitivity,environmental concerns,environmental awareness,place attachment,and environmental sensitivity.Unfortunately,tourism scholars have not identified a clear definition of TERB or linked it to important outcomes.In additionthere are few studies that explore the dimensions of TERB and its measurement.The present study reviews the literature and further defines the TERB construct,develops a TERB measurement scale,and provides future research directions for this important area of study.Specially,the paper indicates that researchers should imple
