水轮机压力脉动是引起厂房内源振动的主要诱因,如何在振动系统中合理、准确地施加水力荷载的振源特性,是目前机组振动分析的主要难点。文中将压力脉动假定为简谐荷载,通过跟踪楼板的振动变化和共振校核确定机组的振源特性,采用有限元法精细模拟了水轮机流道压力脉动诱发的厂房振动问题,并结合电站特点提出振动控制标准的建议值,由此对振动进行评价和分析。该方法用于糯扎渡电站压力脉动诱发厂房振动的预测分析,得到该机组振动为压力脉动引起的中频振动的结论。发电机层、母线层楼板振动响应最大,特别是中高频压力脉动易与其发生共振,应引起重视的。可为设计和运行控制提供参考,同时也为水电站厂房内源振动分析提供借鉴。
The turbine's pulsation pressure is the main vibration source that induces the serious vibration of powerhouse structure.The method of applying the hydraulic loading in vibration system reasonably and accurately is the main difficulty of vibration analysis.Based on the background of Nuozhadu hydropower project,we use the harmonic method to study the vibration response of powerhouse structure induced by pulsation pressure.The result shows that the vibration reason of Nuozhadu powerhouse is the intermediate frequency of hydraulic loading,which is easy to cause the resonance of floor.The method gives us a guidance on dynamic simulation of hydropower house under the action of internal dynamic loadings.
