Salt is the essential material for human survival.As an early China＇s salt town,Hedong has a key position in China＇s salt history,and scholars have made a deep study of the development time,influences,chief characters,ways of producing salt,management,heritage and culture of Hedong industry.However,to tease the studies of Hedong salt industry can lay a foundation for a further study of Hedong salt industry.
