在已克隆的盐藻(Dunaliella salina)3-磷酸甘油脱氢酶GPD基因的基础上,利用实时荧光定量PCR的方法,研究了经高盐、厌氧、磷酸盐以及氧化等不同外界胁迫条件下该基因的表达情况,并同时监测了盐藻细胞甘油合成的动态变化.对比酿酒酵母的GPD基因,发现D.salina GPD基因受高渗诱导,同时D.salina细胞内可能存在多个形式的GPD基因.
Basing on the cloned Glycerol 3-phosphate dehydrogenase gene of Dunaliella salina (DsGPD)', its expression under salt, oxidative, phosphate and anaerobiosis stress wore researched with fluorescent real time PCR. At the same time, the change of total glycerol synthesis of the cells was monitored under the same stress treatments. Contrast with GPD gene of Saccharomyces cerevisiae ,osmotic stress significantly induces DsGPD expression and it was suggestd that there may be other types of DsGPD.
