Si3N4结合SiC复合材料具有高温强度高、抗氧化性能好、热膨胀系数低和抗热震性好等优良性能,广泛应用于陶瓷烧成、有色金属及钢铁冶炼和粉末冶金中的耐高温材料。本文综述了Si3N4结合SiC复合材料耐高温性能方面的研究进展,分析了影响复合材料耐高温性能的因素,提出了提高复合材料高温弯曲强度、热膨胀系数、抗热震性、抗高温氧化性等耐高温性能的方法。
Si3N4 bonded SiC composites possessed attractive properties such as good high-temperature bending strength,good oxidation resistance,low thermal expansion coefficient and good thermal shock resistance.Therefore they had been widely used as high-temperature structure components at ceramic sintering,the smelting of nonferrous and steel,powder metallurgy.In this paper,the properties of high-temperature resistance of the Si3N4 bonded SiC composites were reviewed.The main factors of high-temperature resistance were analysed,and the means of improving the high-temperature bending strength,thermal expansion coefficient,thermal shock resistance and oxidation resistance were summaried.
