本研究旨在了解领导行为对高校体育教师工作绩效影响作用,并通过访谈和问卷了解体育教师工作绩效的现状。研究对象为西安市11所220位任职于普通高校的专职体育教师,并以多因素领导行为量表和工作绩效量表作为研究工具,实施问卷调查。结果发现:①变革型领导与任务绩效正相关。②变革型领导与关系绩效正相关。③交易型领导对任务绩效和关系绩效的作用都不显著。
The intent of this paper is to find out the impact of leadership behavior on college P.E. teachers' performance through interviews and questionnaire. The subjects of research are 220 P.E. teachers working in 11 common universities and colleges in Xi'an. Survey is conveyed by using questionnaires including multi-factor leadership, job performance. Data from survey were processed by using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that: transformational leadership correlates positively with P.E. teachers' job performance;transactional leadership has no significant impacts on task performance and relationship performance.
