采用响应面法优化纳米纤维素晶须(NCW)制备工艺条件并利用傅里叶红外(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对NCW进行性能表征。结果表明NCW最优制备工艺条件为水解时间2.25h,硫酸浓度54%,反应温度50℃,NCW得率为75.68%,与理论预测值74.18%较吻合;模型的决定系数为98.87%,说明模型拟合有效;制备的NCW聚集态和形貌为纤维素I型,呈棒状。
The preparation technological conditions of nano - cellulose whiskers (NCW) were optimized by response surface methodology and characterized with fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X -ray diffraction (XRD) , and transmis- sion electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed that optimization of NCW preparation technological conditions were 2.25 h of hydrolysis time, 54% sulfuric acid concentration, and 50 ~C of reaction temperature. Under optimization, NCW yield was 75.68%, which was identical with 74.18% of theoretical predicted values. Determination coefficient of model was 98.87% , which indicated that model fitting was effective. The state of aggregation and morphology of prepared NCW was cellulose type I and rodlike.
