将齿形、梯形和矩形等由欧氏几何原理生成的迷宫流道统一成一种几何模型,取其中关键的5个参数作为因素,采用正交试验方法设计出25组灌水器流道结构,应用Fluent软件对此25组灌水器流道结构进行数值模拟.研究结果表明,流量和流态指数的极差和方差分析的结论均显示出上底宽和转角对流态指数具有显著性影响,同时上底宽还对流量有较高显著性的影响;此5个参数中,上底宽对流量和流态指数影响最大;应用多元线性回归方法拟合出流道结构参数与流量系数和流态指数的回归方程,从而得出流道的流量压力关系式.此回归方程具有较高的相关性和显著性,能预测灌水器流量和流态指数.
Building up one uniform geometry model including tooth form,trapezoid and rectangle which are generated by Euclidean's theory,choosing 5 pieces of key factors from the structural parameter,designing 25 kinds of the structure of emitter,and simulating it by Fluent 6.2 CFD software.The results show that the upper width and angle are the most important factors to the flow rate and flow index proved by the rang analysis and variance analysis,and the upper width is the most important factor to the flow rate of emitter also,the upper width in these parameter is the biggest influence factor to flow rate and flow index.The regression equations regressed by the linear multivariable regression method about flow coefficient and flow index to the structural parameters have the higher relativity and notability,put it to the flow-pressure equation of emitter,can predict the flow rate and flow index of emitter.
