北方某严寒地区高速公路段预应力混凝土T梁在建设过程中出现大范围裂缝,经过现场试验调研,初步认为预应力混凝土T梁裂缝产生的原因可能有:张拉预应力时的混凝土强度、预应力偏位、预应力管道浆体冻胀和水冻成冰冻胀静爆.本文运用ANSYS有限元软件,对张拉预应力时混凝土强度不同及预应力偏位状态下的40 m T梁应力状态进行分析;运用MIDAS有限元软件,在理论推导的基础上对预应力管道浆体冻胀和水冻成冰冻胀静爆引起梁体管道周围混凝土应力场进行分析.分析结果表明,预应力管道冻胀是引起预应力混凝土T梁裂缝产生的主要原因.

In this paper, using ANSYS finite element sof- tware analysis 40 m T beam stress under different concrete strength when prestressed and different prestressed deviation state; using finite element software MIDAS analysis the surrounding concrete beam stress field caused by the prestressed pipe and water frozen into ice slurry heaving swell Static Burst pipe on the basis of theoretical analysis. The analysis results show that prestressed pipe frost heaving is the main reason for the prestressed concrete T beam cracks.
