在经济全球化的激烈竞争环境下，为帮助企业依托有效的管理模式获得竞争优势，提出了一种新的企业管理模式——多功能开放型企业供需网（SDN），成为传统企业实现变革的新路径。基于对SDN企业的阐述，着重从供需角度对传统企业与SDN企业之间的差异性进行了分析，以便找出转变操作方式。最后，针对转变的主要方面，基于IDEFO方法，对此转变进行了模型设计研究，该设计模型既是企业实现有效转变的蓝图，也为转变效果评价与目标控制提供了分析手段。
