基于中国经济转型特征,利用省级面板数据,综合采用混合回归(POLS)、固定效应(FE)、系统广义矩估计(sys—GMM)方法检验了房价对城乡收入差距的影响及其影响机制。研究结果表明:房价上涨会拉大城乡收入差距,地区经济发展会削弱房价对城乡收入差距的影响,经济转型特征变量在房价与城乡收入差距之间的调节作用有差异,房价对城乡收入差距的影响机制表现为房价上涨会引发城乡收入上涨速度失衡,从而拉大城乡收入差距。
Based on the characteristics of China' s economic transition, using provincial panel data, this study comprehensively applies the methods of pooled OLS (POLS), fixed effects (FE), and system GMM estimation (sys-GMM) to make an empirical test of the influence of housing price on urban-rural income gap and its influencing mechanism. The results show that the increase in housing prices can widen urban-rural income gap, that the regional economic development can weaken the in- fluencing intensity of housing price on urban-rural income gap, that the characteristic variables of eco- nomic transition can play different roles in the adjustment between housing prices and urban-rural in- come gap, and that the influencing mechanism of housing prices on urban-rural income gap lies in that the rising housing prices would trigger an imbalance of income increasing speed between urban and rural areas, thus widening the urban-rural income gap.
