采用正交试验原理对废玻璃粉混凝土最佳配合比进行正交试验研究,试验采用废玻璃粉掺量、水胶比、砂率、粒径4变量因素3水平进行正交试验研究对抗压强度的影响,根据试验数据结果分别采用绝对数值法与相对数值法的多项式拟合线性回归,分别研究了各单因素对抗压强度的影响,并定量分析了各个因素影响的显著性。研究表明水胶比、玻璃粉掺量是影响抗压强度的主要因素,粒径与砂率是次要因素并且正交法适用于不同变量因素玻璃粉混凝土配合比的设计。
Based on the principle of orthogonal test research waste glass powder concrete optimum mix orthogonal pilot studying.The testing use waste glass powder content,water-cement ratio,sand ratio,size four variable factors and three levels orthogonal test studying on compressive strength.According to the results of the test data were used in absolute and relative value method of polynomial fitting linear regression method and examined the impact of single factor on the compressive strength and quantitative analysis of the various factors that affecting significant.Studying have shown that water-cement ratio and glass powder dosage is the main factor that affecting compressive strength and the particle size and sand ratio is a secondary factor.Particularly orthogonal factors apply to different variables glass concrete mix design.
