目的：观察益气止鼽汤联合鼻用激素治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：将变应性鼻炎患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂喷鼻;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用益气止鼽汤。2周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,随访3个月。2个疗程后进行临床疗效、症状体征及生活质量评估。结果：治疗组显效6例,有效21例,总有效率90%;对照组显效3例,有效19例,总有效率73.33%。两组患者临床疗效总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后症状体征、生活质量比较差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论：益气止鼽汤联合鼻用激素治疗变应性鼻炎比单一使用鼻用激素更能有效改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,降低复发率,值得临床推广使用。

英文摘要：

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effects of Yiqi Zhiqiu Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods： Sixty cases of allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into a treatment group with 30 cases and a control group with 30 cases.The control group received mometasone furoate nasal spray. Treatment group on the basis used Yiqi Zhiqiu Decoction,once a day.Two weeks was a course of treatment. Both groups were treated for 2 consecutive cycles. After 2 courses of clinical curative effect,clinical symptoms and signs and the evaluation of the quality of life were compared. Both groups were followed up for 3 months.Results： There were significantly effective in 6 cases and effective rate in 21 cases in the treatment group,with a total effective rate of 90%. In the control group,effective in 3 cases,effective in 19 cases,the total efficiency was 73. 33%. The overall efficiency difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups＇ clinical symptoms and signs and the evaluation of the quality of life were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of Yiqi Zhiqiu Decoction combined with nasal steroids for allergic rhinitis better improves the clinical symptoms of patients and reduced the recurrence rate than single-use nasal steroid and this method should be popularized applied.
