旺采法中采场巷道服务时间各不相同,为了使支护设计具有针对性,利用力学和数值模型分析了煤巷变形特点。根据"岩梁"理论,建立煤巷顶板力学模型,获得了顶板岩层厚度与煤巷跨度、直接顶容许拉应力之间的双曲关系。结合FLAC3D,分析了支护部位不同时围岩及锚杆力学响应,明确了煤巷支护的重点是角部和两帮,单独进行两帮支护对围岩的控制效果优于单独顶板支护,支巷两帮可以采用玻璃钢锚杆。分析了锚杆参数对围岩的影响规律,证明加强两帮支护可以实现"强帮护顶",帮锚杆长度存在最优值。
The support designs of coal roadways ought to be targeted,because their use and service time are all different in Wongawilli mining area.Rules of roadway deformation were analyzed with mechanical models and numerical models.Based on the theory of rock beam,the mechanical model of roof was established.And among the parameters,thickness of rock beam,width of roadway and allowable tensile stress of roof,meet with hyperbolic curve.Combined with FLAC3 D,four kinds of support were analyzed.By analyzing support effect on surrounding rock and bolts,the corners and sides of roadway are determined to be key positions of roadway support.According to data of rock deformation,sides support is better than roof support only.FRP bolts can be used for sides support in branch roadway.According to the effect of bolts parameters on rock deformation,strengthening sides support is useful for roof rock stability,and there is an optimum value to length of side-bolts.
