选用1日龄的Arbor Acres(AA)雌性肉仔鸡168羽,研究大豆磷脂对其生产性能、胴体品质及血液生化指标的影响。随机分为4组,即基础日粮组(对照组)和5.0、10.0、20.0g/kg的大豆磷脂添加组。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加10.0g/kg大豆磷脂组显著提高了肉母鸡的体增重及平均日增重(P〈0.05),但大豆磷脂组与对照组相比,母鸡的平均日采食量、饲料转化率、存活率等差异不显著(P〉0.05),屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率等有所提高,但未达到显著水平(P〉0.05),血液谷丙转氨酶(GPT)水平显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),但谷草转氨酶(GOT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)及总氨基酸(T-AA)含量无显著变化(P〉0.05)。结果表明:在肉母鸡日粮中添加大豆磷脂可以改善鸡的生产性能及胴体品质,而对血液生理生化无显著影响。
The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of soybean lecithin (SL) on the production performance, carcass characteristic, and serum biochemical parameters in broilers. One hundred and sixty eight one-day-old Arbor Acres female broilers were randomly divided into four groups, and birds of different groups were fed for 6 weeks on diets containing 0.0 g/kg SL (the control) or 5.0 g/ kg, 10.0 g/kg and 20.0 g/kg SL respectively. The results showed that, compared with the control, the final body weight and average daily gain were significantly improved ( P 〈 0.05 ) by feeding with 10.0 g/kg SL, the DP, PPEC, PEC, PBM and PLM were increased ( P 〉 0.05 ), at the same time, the serum GPT activity was lower significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ), but the content of GOT, AKP, CHE and T-AA had no significant differences ( P 〉 0.05 ). As performance and serum biochemical parameters were concerned, SL supplementation with 10 g/kg in the ration had the best effect on the production performance and the carcass characteristic in female broiler chickens.
