基于权变的网络研究视角,本文考察了人格特征变量对咨询网络与知识创新的调节关系。对六家知识密集型企业内的员工咨询网络进行的实证研究结果表明,尽责性正向调节网络中心性与知识创新:尽责性越高,中心性对个体知识创新的正向影响越大;外倾性正向调节结构洞与知识创新:外倾性越高,结构洞对个体知识创新的正向影响越大;结构洞与中心性对知识创新的交互作用没有得到实证数据的支持。最后本文深入探讨了理论模型与实证研究结论的理论意义,并针对现有的研究局限与未来可能的拓展进行了讨论。
Basing on the contingency perspective of network research, this paper explores the moderating role of personahty traits on relationship between advice network and knowledge creation. The empirical results of six knowledge - intensive companies and institutions' knowledge worker's advice network show that conscientiousness moderate positively the relationship between centrality and knowledge creation; extroversion moderate positively the relationship between structural hole and knowledge creation. The interactive effect of centrality and structural hole on knowledge creation is not supported by our empirical work. This paper contributes to a better understanding of the actor' s knowledge creation mechanism, and discusses the limitation and the future possible extension.
