为解决海工混凝土因抗裂性能差引起的耐久性问题,研究了3种不同长度的聚丙烯腈纤维在不同掺量下对海工混凝土抗裂性能的影响。采用劈拉强度、脆性系数和特征强度3种评价指标对抗劈裂和抗压试验结果进行分析,并进行了纤维混凝土的抗裂机理分析。试验结果表明:纤维可降低海工混凝土的脆性,减少由内应力导致的裂缝,提高劈拉强度,提高海工混凝土的耐久性。
For the purpose of preventing marine concrete from durability failure because of poor cracking resistance,the effects of different amounts of three different lengths polyacrylonitrile fibers on the cracking resistance of marine concrete was studied.Three evaluation indexes were used including splitting tensile strength,brittleness and characteristic length to analyze the results of compressive strength and splitting tests.The reasons why fiber has effect on cracking resistance of fiber-reinforced concrete are also analyzed.Experimental result shows that fibers can decrease the brittleness of marine concrete,reduce cracks caused by internal stress,increase split tensile strength of marine concrete and enhance the durability of marine concrete.
