采用熔融共混法制备了不同天然骨粉含量的聚己内酯-天然骨粉(PCL-BP)生物医用复合材料,并通过力学实验、表面亲水性分析、差示扫描量热分析和热重分析对复合材料的性能进行了表征。结果表明:随着天然骨粉含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸和弯曲强度先增加后降低,其表面亲水性得以改善。此外,复合材料的结晶温度升高,熔融焓降低,热稳定性变差。
Poly(ε-caprolactone)-natural bone powder(PCL-BP) composites with varying bone powder contents were prepared by melt-blending method and characterized through mechanical,DSC,TGA,and surface wettability experiments.Results show that the tensile and flexural strength of PCL-BP composites increase at first and then decrease with the increasing of BP content.The surface wettability of PCL-BP composites is improved by the addition of BP.Furthermore,the crystallization temperature of PCL-BP composites increases,while the melting enthalpy and thermal stability decrease.
