利用高压釜和加压固定床反应器,通过对水热改质前后煤的工业分析、元素分析以及水热改质废水气化过程中的碳转化率、气体产物分析,研究了内蒙褐煤在不同温度下的水热改质效果及水热改质废水在催化剂作用下的气化特性.结果表明,水热改质可以脱除煤中水分,降低氧含量,提高固定碳和元素碳含量;水热改质废水中有机质的气化反应活性较好,催化气化时气化速率和碳转化率较高;气化能将水中的含碳有机质转化为可回收利用的燃气,燃气的主要成分为H2,CO2和CH4,而C0含量很少.
The autoclave and pressurized fixed bed reactor were used, and the proximate and ultimate analysis of raw and hydrothermal pretreated lignite, the carbon conversion and gas product component were analyzed. By these methods, the hydrothermal upgrading of Inner Mon- gocla lignite and the catalytic gasification behaviors of its wastewater at different temperatures were studied. The results showed that: the hydrothermal process can remove moisture, reduce the oxygen content but increase the fixed and elemental carbon content; the gasification reactivity of the organic matter in the hydrothermal wastewater was higher, resulting in its higher catalytic gasification rate and carbon conversion; the organic matter can be converted into recyclable gas, and the main component of the gas were H2, CO2 and CH4, while the CO content was lower.
