南疆滴灌棉花打顶后根冠发育差异研究

本研究以新陆中42号棉花品种为研究材料,研究两种处理的根冠关系,农艺性状,产量性状,成铃结构,光合速率、叶绿素等生理指标的差异。结果表明:(1)打顶与否棉花根系和地上部的差异很明显,不打顶处理的株高、主根长度、根冠比、经济系数高于打顶处理,而铃叶比、侧根长度相对较低,打顶有利于棉花侧根的发育;(2)打顶的单叶光合速率、叶绿素含量始终高于不打顶,打顶有利于光合能力:(3)7月31日前后处理的棉花现蕾量都达到峰值,不打顶比打顶的单株蕾数多9.2个;(4)不打顶棉花的中下部果枝上的棉铃铃重、衣分、比强度和马克隆值比打顶高,而籽指和绒长结果相反;(5)打顶与否霜前籽棉产量差异达到显著水平。综合分析认为,在目前的栽培条件下棉花打顶栽培技术可行,对提高棉花产量起非常重要的作用,同时为新疆棉花简化节本增效栽培和棉花科学调控技术提供科学依据。。

英文摘要:

The paper took the Xinluzhong No. 42 as studied object, studying the differences in physiological indices of agronomic traits, yield traits, bell structure, photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll and so on. The results show that: ( 1 ) There was significant differences between two kinds of processing methods in cotton root and above ground plant in topping or not, the treatment without topping was higher than topping treatment in plant height, main root length, root - shoot ratio and economic coefficient, but lower in bell - leaves ratio and lateral root length, topping was beneficial to the growth of lateral root development; (2) The topping treatment has higher single leaf photosynthetic rate and chlorophyII content than the treatment without topping, and it showed that topping has the advantage in the photosynthetic ability; (3) There was a peak in cotton budding befor and after the July 31 st for the both of the treatments, and the first treatment has 9.2 more cotton budding than the second one. ; (4) The treatment without topping has higher boll weight and lint percentage, ratio of strength and micronalre value in the lower part of the branch than the topping , and the results of seed index and lint length were opposite; (5) The seed cotton yield difference in topping or not reached significant level. Comprehensive analysis that cotton topping cultivation technique was feasible and played a very important role in improving cotton yield under the current cultivation conditions, and providing scientific basis for simplified high efficiency cultivation and cotton scientific regulation technology in Xinjiang cottonl
