This paper introduces the research status of nonlinear mixture model and researches the mixture sys-tem with them.In this paper,we study optimal design for mixture exponential model,one of the nonlinear mix-ture models.We obtain the D-optimal design for this model.Our method can be extended to other mixture sys-tem.
