英文摘要：

The current study investigated relationships among control mechanisms of manufacturer, unilateral cooperation of supplier and suppliers＇ performance. The purpose is to probe the effects of control mechanisms on suppliers＇ performance through the unilateral cooperation. By using 163 dyads of manufacturers and suppliers, it tested the hypothesis with multiple linear regression and separation of regression analyses. Results showed that contract has no significant effect on unilateral cooperation, while relation norm has significant positive effect on unilateral cooperation, the complement of contract and relation norm has significant positive effect on unilateral cooperation also. Relation norm has a stronger positive influence on unilateral cooperation under high than low environmental turbulence than low one. For the contract norm, its impact on unilateral cooperation doesn＇t vary from high to low environmental turbulence groups. It was confirmed that the unilateral cooperation has significant positive effect on suppliers＇ performance.
