目的:随着社会老龄化进度的加快,骨质疏松症日益受到重视,对骨质疏松症的作用机理、作用靶点、毒副作用以及治疗和预防骨质疏松症新药开发应用的研究不断深入,因此对骨质疏松动物模型提出了更高的要求。不同的研究目的需要不同的动物模型,现对原发性骨质疏松动物模型的复制方法和模型形成机制做简要概述。
With the acceleration of population aging, more importance is attacted to osteoporosis. Researches about the mecha- nism underlying the medicines for treatment and prophylaxis, their targets, side effects and research/development of new medi- cines are extended. All these increase the need of animal model for osteoporosis. Different animal model is appropriate to different research. Now we will summarize the methods and underlying mechanisms of animal model for primary osteoporosis.
