"三下"采煤既要保证安全,又要科学合理地索取地下资源。探讨目前"三下"采煤保护煤柱强度研究现状,针对"三下"采煤保护煤柱的处理方法不足,提出实行打锚杆、灌浆、矸石堆积等处理方法对"三下"采煤进行保护煤柱,在同等保证"三下"采煤安全的前提下,可索取更多煤炭,并对3种方法进行了理论研究。以神华宁夏煤业集团有限责任公司鸳鸯湖矿区红柳矿井"三下"采煤情况为依托,探讨采用保护煤柱进行处理的经济可行性。

Coal mining under building,railway and water needs to both ensure safety in production,and recover underground resources reasonably.The paper reviewed the research situation of the strength of protective coal pillar in coal mining under building,railway and water.For the shortage in treatment of the protective coal pillar,Advanced methods such as anchor bolt support,grouting,gangue heaping.On the premise of ensuring "three-under" mining safety,more coal resources could be obtained,and then the theories of three methods were studied.Taking coal mining under building,railway and water of Hongliu mine in Yuanyang Lake Mining Area of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Mining Group Co.,Ltd.as a support,the economic feasibility of the protective coal pillars is discussed
