分析了某型号法兰轴的形状尺寸特点,制定了预锻、终锻两步成形工艺方案。分析了法兰及相邻台阶轴镦粗过程及金属流动规律,并给出了解决毛坯稳定性和正确成形台阶轴的措施。正确设计了预锻毛坯;预锻时法兰两端的圆锥面可有效阻止材料向外流出及提高材料的塑性,并且在终锻时使法兰容易成形。
The characteristics of shape and dimensions of a vehicle hub axle was analyzed,and the feasible two steps forging scheme-pre-forging and finish-forging,was designed.The upsetting forming process and law of metal flowing was analyzed for large forming flange axle with two adjacent stepped axle.The methods which increase the stability of billet and made material easily filling die were offered.The preformed part was rightly designed,which two taper faces could retard material to flow outward and improve material plastic effectively in pre-forging,and could also make the deformation easy in finish-forging.
